Refund policy

Please notify us by email to influenceshop@gmail.com if you need to return any items.

You can return the goods to us in original condition with the labels attached within 14 days of receipt to request an exchange or receive a full refund. 

We are unable to exchange or refund any garment which is damaged as above or shows signs of wear.  Earrings are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.  

Refunds will not include postage. You can return to store or post back at your cost.
